Alleras is Sarella Sand?

It has been floating around the interwebs that Alleras, one of the novices at the Citadel (mentioned in A Feast for Crows), is really one of Oberyn Martell's bastard daughters: Sarella Sand.

Described in the books as slender and handsome with a delicate smile, Alleras claims to have a Dornish father and Summer Islander mother (a heritage which mimics Sarella's own). He repeatedly denies that his father is noble, but Alleras physical appearance combined with the fact that his name is literally Sarella backwards lends credence to the notion that Alleras is really a Sand Snake.

Alleras is mentioned twice in A Feast for Crows: in the Prologue, and in the chapter where Samwell Tarly arrives in Oldtown. It is Alleras who summons Sam to Maester Marwyn's presence.

I have to admit, it would be pretty cool to see a girl posing as a boy to study at the Citadel. And I feel like crossdressing would be right up the alley of one of Oberyn's daughters.

Could Alleras really be Sarella Sand, or do you think that connection (especially from GRRM) is too blatantly obvious to be true?
